Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1) Can I apply for more than one plan?
No, only one certificate per participant is allowed.
2) What if I change my mind after I take this plan?
If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the date you received your Takaful Certificate Schedule to cancel it and receive your contribution back.
3) How will I receive my Takaful Certificate Schedule?
Through the email provided during registration.
4) How can I pay the contribution for this plan?
You can pay your contribution using your credit or debit card.
5) Is there a waiting period for this plan?
The waiting period for this plan is 30 days. We will not pay benefits in case of death or 'Hilang Upaya Penuh dan Kekal' (HUPK)-is due to natural causes, within 30 days from the date of commencement of the certificate.
